Javier Etayo opened to 44,000 from under the gun, Senh Ung three-bet all in for 285,000 from the hijack, and Jeff Rossiter cold-called in the cutoff. The button and both blinds released, and so too did Etayo.
Ung:
Rossiter:
The flop fell , giving Rossiter runner-runner Broadway and counterfeit draws, and the on the turn kept both draws alive. The bricked off on the river though, and Ung doubled.
Martin Kozlov raised to 40,000 under the gun plus one and Leo McClean decided to use this opportunity to move all in for 310,000 from the button. The action was folded back to Kozlov who made the call and the showdown went as following.
McClean:
Kozlov:
The board ran out and McClean secured a double up to the delight of both him and his friends on the rail.
The secondary table in this event has been a lot slower than the hyper-aggressive feature table. Most of the action comes from Robin Ylitalo who raises a lot of hands and Jan Sjavik is one of the few who plays back at him.
The chips differences have been very small as most of the players win their lost blinds and antes back with an incidental shove. Senh Ung is still the short stack and he picked up some much needed blinds and antes with a shove just a few hands ago. Nicolau Villa-Lobos' stack is also small and around 20 big blinds, but the Brazilian seems to know what he needs to do in order to make the final table.
The action started with Georgios Karakousis who raised to 40,000 under the gun plus one and he was three-bet to 74,000 by Ludovic Geilich in the hijack. Kully Sidhu was seated on the button and four-bet to 197,000. Norwegian Kent Roed was seated in the small blind and he tanked for a while before moving all in.
Karakousis and Geilich quickly folded and Sidhu said, "If you have aces, good luck," and made the call.
Sidhu:
Roed:
The flop brought and Sidhu was now looking for running spades or running kings. On the turn the hit and Sidhu picked up a flush draw. When the river brought the the room exploded and Sidhu won a massive pot off Roed.
Roed was left behind with just 14,000 chips and on the very next hand he was knocked out by [Removed:17].
Senh Ung opened to 40,000 on the button, Jeff Rossiter immediately grabbed a stack of yellow T25,000 chips, three-betting all in for effectively 290,000, and Neophytos Neophytou called all in for around 190,000. Ung quickly folded.
Rossiter:
Neophytou:
Neophytou was in great shape, but the flop came , giving Rossiter a leading pair of aces. The Aussie held as the turn and river came , respectively, and Neophytou was eliminated.
Kent Roed raised to 43,000 under the gun and [Removed:17] three-bet to 92,000. The action was folded to Ludovic Geilich who called from the button. Both blinds folded and Roed moved all in after which both his opponents folded.
