Brian Roberts raised to 14,000 from early position, Tom Marchese three-bet to 51,000 on his direct left, Scott Seiver called all in for 33,000 on his direct left, and the action folded back to Roberts. Roberts asked how much Marchese had behind - it was 49,000 - and Roberts moved all in. Marchese called.

The action folded back to Merkus, who immediately folded, and Davis went into the tank. He asked the dealer to pull the bets in, and when he realized the price he was getting, he called.
"I'm sorry," he said, committing the chips.
