Phil Hellmuth has been employing a new strategy of limping in every hand and it hasn't been working out for him. Once again, Hellmuth limped under the gun and Zach Clark pushed all-in for 87,500 in the small blind. Hellmuth snapped him off but was way behind.

The board ran out and Hellmuth was left with just 8,000. In the next hand, Clark finished the job and eliminated Hellmuth from Event #4.
Germany's Steffen Sontheimer is still in the lead for the race for the Poker Masters Purple Jacket, but Bryn Kenney is only trailing him by any in-the-money finish.
Cary Katz limped in from middle position, and David Peters called in the cutoff before Bryn Kenney moved all in for 48,000 from the button. Katz folded, but Peters called.

Doug Polk and Isaac Haxton got involved in one of the biggest pots of the day. It appeared as though all the money got in the middle preflop. Polk was the one at risk for 322,000 but was in a great spot to double up.
