Romeo Forces Fold

There was a raise to 8,000 and a call before Yunsheng Sun called in the cutoff. Leonardo Romeo was in the small blind and put in a three-bet to 32,000, forcing quick folds back to Sun who tank-called.

The dealer fanned a flop of A♣A♠K♦, and Romeo continued for 10,000, which Sun snap-called.

When the J♠ hit the turn, Romeo continued with aggression, firing 30,000. Sun took about 45 seconds before letting it go.

The hand checked through as the full board now read 2♠3♣7♣5♠6♥. Pasquali bet out 24,000 and Ogita made the call. Pasquali tabled Q♣10♣ for queen-high, while Ogita won this hand as he rolled over A♥K♥ for ace-high.

A neutral player at the table jokingly asked what Ogita had eaten on the dinner break to warrant such a swing of success. "Pasta" Ogita replied.
