Loeliger Doubles Through Najchaus

Nível 14 : Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Alexane Najchaus opened to 7,000 from the cutoff and Paulina Loeliger defended out of the big blind.

The {2-Spades} river completed the board and Loeliger moved all in for 13,500. Najchaus gave it some thought and called. Loeliger tabled {10-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} for a straight to win the pot as Najchaus showed {6-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} for a lower straight.

Siljander Remains Among the Big Stacks

Nível 14 : Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Just before their table broke, Clement Bonnant and Mathias Siljander played another heads-up pot in which the former check-called twice. With some 90,000 in the middle to the {a-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{8-Spades}{10-Diamonds} river, Bonnant then faced a bet of 65,000 by Siljander which essentially represented his entire stack.

Bonnant checked his cards another time after a two-minute tank before he sent the cards into the muck.

Aubakirov Turns the Tables on Guilbert

Nível 13 : Blinds 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante
Daniyar Aubakirov
Daniyar Aubakirov

When he's involved in a hand, Johan Guilbert tends to sit as still as possible as to not let his opponents pick up any information. This wasn't the case in a heads-up pot against Daniyar Aubakirov where Aubakirov moved all in on the board of {a-Spades}{10-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{3-Spades}{j-Spades} to put the French content creator to the test for his stack of around 200,000.

Guilbert rubbed his head and studied the board as he tried to get some information out of Aubakirov, who took a page out of Guilbert's playbook by holding perfectly still throughout the hand.

"Will you show?" Guilbert asked as he stretched and stared down his opponent, who eventually called the clock.

Guilbert let the clock expire to kill his hand before sliding it into the muck.

Laurynas Levinskas: {a-Spades}{a-Hearts}

The board ran out {9-Hearts}{8-Spades}{k-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}. Levinskas' pocket aces held up and Lecoeuvre was eliminated from the tournament.

Petar Tsvetomirov Kalev

The cards of Petar Kalev were already dragged into the muck by the dealer and the pot was shipped over to the other side of the table where Lianmin Bai collected them, further adding to his growing tower.

According to Andrew Hulme, Kalev had flopped a royal flush draw with {a-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds} on {q-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{6-Hearts} and was up against the {a-Hearts}{a-Clubs} of Bai. The hand concluded with the {k-Spades} turn and {3-Hearts} river as Kalev's ton of outs didn't appear.

Hand #1 (Button): Action folded to Tom Orpaz on the button and he raised to 5,000. Paul Pires Trigo defended out of the big blind. Trigo checked on the flop of {j-Spades}{a-Spades}{j-Hearts} and Orpaz continued for 5,500. Trigo called. Hand #6 (UTG): Orpaz was first to act and folded.

Hand #7 (Big Blind): Action folded to Hallaert in the small blind and he folded before playfully grabbing Orpaz' cards and mucking them for him.

"Good fold," said Orpaz. "I thought you were gonna shove on me."

Hand #8: Imperato opened to 5,500 before Hallaert three-bet to 18,000 from the cutoff. Orpaz was next to act and folded.

Ramin Hajiyev: {j-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}
Sergio Coutinho: {a-Clubs}{k-Spades}
