The second flight of the €5,300 Main Event of the PokerStars and Barcelona©Casino European Poker Tour is about to kick off at noon local time.
A total of with 749 entry slips were sold for the initial flight with 227 players finding a bag for Day 2. Anthony Cierco ended the day at the top of the counts with 322,000, the only stack above the 300,000 mark.
Many other stars have also guaranteed their spots for Day 2 including PokerStars Ambassadors Alejandro Lococo (165,000), and Ramon Colillas (93,500).

Just like Day 1a structure, players will get a 30,000 starting stack and will play ten 60-minute levels on Day 1. The players are allowed to make one reentry to make up for two entries in total in the Main Event. There is also the possibility to register at the start of Day 2 but only if you haven't fired two bullets in the tournament yet.
There will be a 25-minute break after every two levels and a 75-minute dinner break at the completion of level eight. They will play two more levels after the dinner break to end the day and bag up for Day 2.
The two starting flights' survivors will combine on Wednesday August 17 for Day 2 of the six-day event.
