Ole Versus Oleh

Nível 3 : 100/200, 0 ante
Ole Schemion
Ole Schemion

Ukranian player Oleh Okhotskyi tossed in a purple 500 chip but forgot to announce he wanted to raise and thus it was declared a call. Joep van den Bijgaart over limped from the cutoff and Dominik Panka completed from the small blind. Ole Schemion in the big blind raised it up to 1,200 and just Okhotskyi called, both Van den Bijgaart and Panka opted to fold.

{8-Spades}{6-Clubs}{5-Clubs} on the flop and both players checked. Schemion bet out 1,400 once the {Q-Hearts} fell on the turn, Okhotskyi called. The {A-Hearts} completed the board and Schemion bet out 4,000. Okhotskyi quickly folded leaving the pot to Schemion.

Value Hof

Nível 3 : 100/200, 0 ante

Reinhard Fritschi checked the flop of {5-Diamonds}{q-Spades}{8-Clubs} and next to act was Friend of PokerStars Natalie Hof in the cut-off who made it 1,250. The button and the small blind both folded but Fritschi made the call.

Heads up to the turn card {3-Diamonds} which Fritschi again checked and then called a bet of 2,875 from Hof. The river card was {2-Spades} and the action was repeated. Hof this time betting a chunky 6,875 and getting the call. She flipped over {a-Spades}{q-Hearts} and a slightly disconsolate Fritschi mucked his cards.

Mueller Makes The Most of It

Nível 3 : 100/200, 0 ante

When you are lucky enough to be dealt pocket aces you're hoping for two things to happen. First of all you're looking to get some action, second of all you're hoping your hand holds up. German player [Removed:203] just ticked off both boxes in two hands, and those played out as following.

First three players limped, including Konstantin Puchkov, and Vizsniyczai Zsolt raised from the cutoff to 1,000. Mueller three-bet from the button to 2,600. Two limpers folded and Puchkov called after which Zsolt put in a four-bet to 6,500. Mueller went into the tank for a bit before making the call and Puchkov did so as well.

The flop brought out {9-Hearts}{2-Clubs}{J-Hearts} and Puchkov checked to Zsolt who moved all in for 15,000. Mueller paused for about five seconds before he moved all in as well, barely covering his opponent. Puchkov quickly folded and the showdown went as following.

Mueller: {A-Hearts}{A-Spades}
Zsolt: {K-Hearts}{J-Spades}

The board ran out {4-Spades}, {9-Spades} and Zsolt was knocked out. A few hands later we strolled by Mueller's table again and witnessed the following. The board showed {6-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} when Mueller fired out 5,350, which was called by Ogjnen Sekularac from his immediate left.

The river brought the {3-Hearts} and Mueller quickly put Sekularac all in for about 20,000. Sekularac tanked for quite a bit before eventually making the call. Mueller showed {A-Clubs}{A-Spades} and Sekularac flashed {7-Hearts}{7-Spades} before exiting the room. Mueller's one of the big stacks early on and if he keeps getting aces there's probably nobody stopping him!

Maximum Pressure

Nível 3 : 100/200, 0 ante

On a {7-Hearts}{Q-Clubs}{7-Clubs} flop, action had checked to Estrellas Marbella Poker Tour winner Ludovic Geilich in the cutoff who bet out 1,050. The player on the button folded but Dutch pro Jorn Walthaus in the small blind had other plans. He raised it up to 3,250 and Geilich made the call.

The turn brought the {K-Spades} on the table and Walthaus continued his aggression with a 6,600 bet. Geilich didn't take long before calling.

{6-Spades} on the river and Geilich had about 25,000 left it seemed, Walthaus had him covered. Walthaus than announced allin, slid his entire stack over the line and got thrown the black and red allin triangle by the dealer.

Geilich looked a bit in pain. After about a minute of suffering he decided to fold. Walthaus didn't show anything and just raked in the chips.

Helppi Can't Beat Ulusu

Nível 3 : 100/200, 0 ante

Cengiz Can Ulusu, the German player who notoriously flipped a coin to make his decision on the final table in Dortmund a couple of years back, just limped under the gun for 200. Juha Helppi followed suit and over limped. The player in the cutoff put 200 in the middle as well, the big blind checked.

The big blind and Ulusu checked to Helppi on {K-Hearts}{10-Spades}{5-Hearts}. Helppi bet out 700 and just Ulusu made the call. The same procedure was followed on the {2-Spades} turn; Ulusu checked, Helppi bet (1,400) and Ulusu called. The river was the {7-Hearts} and Ulusu now bet out 2,200. Helppi thought about it for a little before folding.
