With the board reading the chips went flying in between Ole [Removed:332] and [Removed:17] to create a huge pot worth around a million chips.
Yan held for top two pair while [Removed:332] showed for the nut flush draw and a gutshot.
The on the turn was a good card for the Norwegian, now any ace would also hand him victory.
The river was the , an effective brick for [Removed:332] but salvation for Yan who picked up a huge pot put him close to, if not become, the chip leader.

Dimitrios Farmakoulis opened for 18,000 only to have Robin Ylitalo, who has been on fire here in the first level of Day 4, three-bet to 52,000 from the small blind. The big folded, Farmakoulis shoved all in for 300,000 or so, and Ylitalo made the call.
Farmakoulis:
Ylitalo:
Farmakoulis was in a similar spot earlier in the day against Timothy Adams. While he was able to get lucky in that pot and flop a set, he would not be so fortunate in this instance as the board ran out .
A fire alarm at the neighbouring hotel meant it was an earlier start for some than they might have wished for. But players in the main event seemed unperturbed as they made their way to their seats this morning. Then again, they didn’t meet a naked man in a hotel corridor wearing nothing but green underpants, as the PokerStars Blog reports.
Here are some brief bios courtesy of PokerStars on three of the players in today's field:
Neophytos Neophytou, 41, London
Likes to be called "Phidos", pronounced Fidos. He’s a Londoner and describes himself as an “old school” player. Age 41. Runs his own magazine publishing business. Been playing poker for around 15 years. Online he plays tourneys and cash, while live he mainly plays cash. This is already his biggest live cash.
Candido Goncalves, 46, France
Runs his own construction business, in the Bordeaux area, but is planning to sell and start playing the whole tour. He is an EPT regular playing EPTs for the last three years and this is his third Main Event cash. He bubbled the final at EPT7 Barcelona, finishing ninth for €50,000. He also cashed at EPT Campione and has a ton of side event cashes, including three final tables. He is half Portuguese but considers himself French. It is his 47th birthday on Saturday (it is also Senh Ung’s birthday on Saturday, he will be 39).
Senh Ung, 38, Birmingham, UK

Played his first ever tournament in 2009 and sarted playing EPTs last year. Has a string of great EPT results already including three big scores at the EPT9 Grand Final in May - runner-up to Ole Schemion in the €10k for €67,600, runner-up in the €5k NL Turbo and sixth in the €10k NL Six Handed Turbo in May. Lifetime tournament winnings = $276,687.
Ruben Velasco had been left short after those encounters with Ole [Removed:332] and he moved all in for his last 120,000 or so. Unfortunately for him, Joey Lovelady wasted little hesitation and quickly made the call.
Ole [Removed:332] and Ruben Velasco have been dueling a lot on the outer feature table. [Removed:332] called a 40,000 bet on the board but was put into the tank when Velasco shoved on the turn.
[Removed:332] eventually called and found his only needing to dodge three outs against Velasco's . The river changed nothing and the young Norwegian doubled up.
Joel Nordkvist got his stack of 151,000 all in preflop holding the and was in bad shape against the of Robin Ylitalo. Nordkvist was looking for a six, but he was left wanting as the board ran out . Nordkvist wished the table luck and the made his way to the payout desk.
