Investigação à Soft Bet Limited Leva ao Encerramento Temporário da FantasticWin
A FantasticWin é um operador que estava presente no mercado lusos e que ontem viu as suas operações serem encerradas e o seu site sair do "ar".
Muitos são os lusos que são clientes da sala e gerou-se algum pânico/confusão ao não conseguir aceder ao site. Este encerramento, que se espera temporário, está relacionado com uma investigação à Soft Bet Limited, empresa que fornece serviços à FantasticWin e que está neste momento a ser investigada pela Maltese Gaming Authority.

A FantasticWin possuí uma licença de jogo online, identificada pela Soft Bet Limited, com o número MGA/CL2/166/2003 emitida pela Maltese Gaming Authority.
A empresa Soft Bet foi solicitada a prestar declarações no âmbito de um pedido de cooperação, que envolve o envio de diversas informações e documentos.
Todos os sites que têm tecnologia fornecida pela Soft Bet limited – na qual se incluí a FantasticWin – têm a actividade suspensa até esta cooperação ser concluída.
As contas associadas aos clientes encontram-se seguras, sob vigilância da Maltese Gaming Authority, que já emitiu uma comunicação oficial sobre este assunto.
Esta situação não está relacionada com o processo de regulação em Portugal. A FantasticWin foi apanhada de surpresa com as recentes notícias estando a acompanhar os desenvolvimentos com o regulador local e prometendo uma nova comunicação nas próximas horas.
Aconselhamos ainda todos os nossos clientes a aguardar pelas próximas 48 horas, até ser concluído os esclarecimentos necessários junto do regulador local.
Para além da FantasticWin, a própria Maltese Gaming Authority também já emitiu uma comunicado sobre este incidente:
The Malta Gaming Authority (hereinafter the ‘Authority’) is hereby notifying that Soft Bet Limited, remote gaming licence MGA/CL2/166/2003, has been suspended as of 28th July, 2015.
Soft Bet Limited has thus been directed to indefinitely suspend all gaming operations, cease to register new players, suspend all transactions on all websites, including deposits and withdrawals, and submit all data and documentation requested by the Authority.
Furthermore the Authority hereby notifies that any websites operated by Soft Bet Limited, or associated with Soft Bet Limited, and which make reference to the Authority or the above-quoted licence are not approved to be operational by the Authority. Due to the suspension of the licence, Soft Bet Limited is therefore not authorised to continue conducting gaming by means of distance communications under an Authority licence.
Players who deem to have any outstanding payments due to them on the mentioned licence are to send an email to [email protected] and should submit the following information:
Name and Surname;
Registered Address;
Date of Birth;
Copy of Passport or ID Card;
Telephone Number;
User Name; and
Screenshot of Balance or any pending Cash Outs (if not available an estimated balance is to be submitted).
