Due to the restrictions, there is a 1,000 player cap that is expected to be reached at some point throughout the day. Late registration will remain open until the end of level 12 or until the cap is reached. Each player will be allowed one re-entry should their first bullet not be successful.

A starting stack will be worth 25,000 chips with the blinds starting at 100/100 and a 100 big blind ante. A total of 18 levels are on the schedule, each consisting of 30-minute intervals. There will be a 20-minute break after every four levels and a 30-minute dinner break after level eight. Those who advance will return for Day 2 tomorrow that begins at 10 a.m. and will play down to the final table.

The PokerNews live reporting team will be on the tournament floor to bring you all of the live updates throughout the day and going forward.
