Some Stack Updates

Nível 8 : 300/600, 75 ante

Jackie Glazier's Jacks Can’t Hold

Nível 8 : 300/600, 75 ante
Jackie Glazier
Jackie Glazier

Jackie Glazier had a pair of jacks and moved all in on a low flop with two spades. Her opponent had gotten to the flop with {k-Spades}{2-Spades}, and although the turn was safe enough, the river delivered the spade to complete the flush and felt the Australian bracelet winner.

Even the best can run afoul with those troublesome knaves.

Adrien Allain Doubles Up

Nível 7 : 250/500, 75 ante

A player in early position limped for 500. A player in middle position raised to 1,200. The button called. Adrien Allain, in the small blind, three-bet all in for a total of 5,800. The big blind folded, along with the limper. The original raiser added the remainder to call, and the button folded.

Adrien Allain: {k-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}
Opponent: {a-Clubs}{a-Hearts}

Allain was ready to go, but the {8-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}{7-Clubs} flop gave him a little hope, and the {k-Spades} turn gave him the lead. The {2-Hearts} river completed the board, and Allain got his double-up.

Martin Kabrhel Eliminated

Nível 7 : 250/500, 75 ante

Martin Kabrhel was down to around 14 big blinds. Ray Ross opened the action, and it folded to Kabrhel in the small blind, who moved all in.

Ross called with jacks, and Kabrhel had sixes. There was no help from the dealer, so the Czech pro and his Hippo chip guard were eliminated.

Pierre Neuville Busts as Pavilion Tables Break

Nível 7 : 250/500, 75 ante

Pierre Neuville may have the stamina to play long tournaments, but it was to no avail today as he lost a flip with tens to the ace-jack of Albert Daher to bust.

Neuville is one of the many players recently eliminated as tables begin to break in the Pavilion.
