Schulman Finds a Double

Nível 6 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,500 ante

Nick Schulman raised to 2,500 from the cutoff, before being three-bet by Christofer Vitch to 8,700. Eric Wasserson called from the small blind, and Schulman elected to four-bet all in for 42,300. Vitch got out of the way, and Wasserson called to put Schulman at risk.

Both players drew one card.

Eric Wasserson: 8x6x5x2x

After both players drew one card, Wasserson quickly flipped over his card which was Ax and when Schulman turned over Qx it meant he had the best hand and secured the double up.

Wasserson was left with just 3,800 chips after the hand and was seen exiting the tournament area shortly after.

Rocco Rocks Johansson

Nível 6 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,500 ante

Michael Rocco raised to 2,000 in the hijack, Oscar Johansson made it 7,000 to go in the cutoff, and Rocco called once the action folded back to him.

Rocco then drew one and Johansson stood pat.

After the draw, Rocco piled in all of his chips, covering Johansson's stack of roughly 37,000 chips.

Johansson made a visibly frustrated call and got shown 7x6x5x4x2x by Rocco. Johansson tabled 10x5x4x3x2x for a perfect ten, which would be his final hand of the tournament as he used up his one and only reentry.

On other tables, Jonathan Krela also departed, while Maxx Coleman rebought and Adam Friedman bought in freshly.

Glaser Building a Stack

Benny Glaser raised to 2,500 from early position. When action folded to Oscar Johansson who just rebought back into the tournament, he three-bet to 7,000.

Both players decided to stand pat.

Johanson then checked Glaser who put out a bet of 9,000. Johanson debated his decision, but eventually decided to fold his hand, and give the pot to Glaser.

Hundley Ousts Luo, Eveslage Joins

Xixiang Luo raised in the small blind, Chris Hundley made it 11,000 in the big blind, and Luo jammed all in for roughly 65,000 chips.

Hundley quickly called and both players stood pat. Luo sheepishly showed a jack-ten low, but Hundley had the superior hand with his 8x7x5x4x2x and sent out Luo, who had already used up his single reentry.

Weng Four-Bets the Bakers, Kelsall Exits

David "Bakes" Baker raised his button to 3,000 and David "ODB" Baker made it 8,500 to go in the small blind. Bin Weng then slid in 20,000 in the big blind and received two folds.

At another table, Andrew Kelsall was eliminated from the tournament.

Harman Pips Lerzer

Jen Harman had opened from the hijack and called a subsequent three-bet to 7,200 from Tobias Lerzer on the button.

Harman then drew one and Lerzer stood pat. The action checked down and Harman's 9x8x6x5x2x bested the 9x8x6x5x4x of Lerzer.

Rheem Takes it Down

Chino Rheem raised to 2,300 from middle position and was called by Eric Wasserman in the hijack. Dario Alioto then three-bet to 10,300 from the small blind, and both Rheem and Wasserman made the call.

Rheem and Wasserman drew one card, while Alioto stayed pat.

After Alioto checked to Rheem, he bet out 15,000. Wasserman mucked his hand, and Alioto was stuck in the tank. After about a minute, he did decide to fold and give the pot to Rheem.

Oscar Johansson raised all in for his last 6,300 from middle position. When action folded to Ali Eslami in the small blind, he three-bet to 18,000. Marco Johnson in the big blind thought about his decision, before deciding to fold.

Eslami decided to stay pat, while Johansson drew one.

Ali Eslami: 9♦7♠6♠4♣3♦

With Johansson drawing one, he would need a four, six or seven to beat Eslami. But when he turned over the A♦, he was eliminated from the tournament.
