The 5♠ completed the board and Airball announced he was all in for approximately 50,000 total. Vieira quickly called and turned over 8♦6♣ for two pair.
Airball held Q♠7♦ for a second-best pair of queens and Vieira collected the pot to advanced into Round 2.
On other tables, Thomas Boivin and David Farber made it through to Round 2 after defeating Bari Sklar and Euan McNicholas, respectively.
