After Sammartino checked called the 7♦ on the turn, Zektser bet one more time , and Sammartino called.

The river was the 3♣ and Sammartino checked to Zektser who made another bet, and Sammartino raised all in for his last 20,000 chips. Zektser made the call and was shown A♠Q♦Q♣2♦ for threes full of queens, and ace two for the low. Zektser who was visibly frustrated, tossed his hand away.

After it folded to Eugen Kotlyarevskiy on the button he raised and was then three-bet by Shaun Deeb. Kotlyarevskiy elcted to call and see a flop.
