Pupillo Gets Paid by Sow

A completed board of 7♠2♥2♣10♠4♠ was spread across the felt with around 15,000 in the middle. Kalidou Sow and Nick Pupillo were heads-up in the pot and Sow led out with a bet of 11,100 from the big blind. Pupillo jammed all in for 86,700 in the cutoff and Sow asked for a count.

"I know you're gonna show me a full house if I do anything but fold," Sow started talking to himself. "I have a pretty strong hand, though."

Sow mulled it over for a moment and then slid out the chips to call. Pupillo tabled 4♥4♦ for a full house and Sow mucked his hand face down.

Lynskey Scores a Massive Double to Top the Counts

There was a raise to 1,800 in the hijack and Alex Lynskey flat-called from the cutoff. They went heads-up to a flop of Q♣5♦2♦ and the action checked to Lynskey who bet 3,000. His opponent check-raised to 10,500 and Lynskey called.

The turn was the J♠ and Lynskey was faced with a bet of 17,500 this time which he still called. The A♣ completed the board and the hijack led out with another bet of 44,000. Lynskey pushed all in for 100,100 and his opponent thought for a moment before dropping in a call.

Lynskey turned over K♦10♦ for Broadway while his opponent was left with A♠Q♦ for two pair. Lynskey earned a massive double-up and is now sitting at the top of the leaderboard.

On a turn reading 4♠6♣4♠J♠, Kristen Foxen placed a bet of 10,500 and was called by Eric Baldwin. Heads up, they saw the river peel a 10♣ and this time Foxen bet everything except for 1,200 chips she left behind. Baldwin raised her and she obliged by putting the rest of her chips in.

She showed the 3♥4♥ for flopped trips, but Baldwin showed the A♣4♣ for a better kicker with his four.

Foxen wished her opponents good luck and left the area but it would be no surprise to see her back in the fray shortly.

Platt's Aces Hold to Bust Colillas

Jeff Platt opened to 1,200 from under the gun and was called by Ramon Colillas in the big blind. The flop fell 9♠8♣3♠ and Colillas checked to Platt who continued with a bet. Colillas check-raised and the two players quickly got all of the chips in the middle with Colillas being the player at risk for around 15,000.
