Barbero Gets Value

A-5 Triple Draw

Nacho Barbero raised from the small blind and was called by a player in the big blind.

Both Barbero and his opponent took one on the first draw after which Barbero bet and was called.

As on the previous draw, both players took one on the second draw. Barbero fired off another bet with his opponent once again calling.

The final draw saw both players stand pat and Barbero, unwilling to go to a cheap showdown, push one more bet into the middle. His opponent quickly called but mucked after Barbero tabled 6x5x4x2xAx.

Henson Runs Into Tran's Wheel

Ray Henson raised on the button and in the big blind Lynda Tran defended in the big blind.

On the first draw Tran drew two and Henson drew three which saw Tran bet and Henson call.

The second draw saw Tran stay pat and Henson tossed two cards away, which saw Tran bet and Henson call.

On the third draw Tran stayed pat once more and Henson tossed one away which saw Tran bet. Henson turned over an A♣ and said "just needed to make sure this was the right game before I fold."

Tran laughed and turned over her 7♥5♠4♦3♠2♦ and said "you were drawing to a chop."

Glaser Pats then Folds

A player opened in the cutoff only to see Benny Glaser three-bet on the button. The cutoff called to send the action to the first draw.

The first draw saw the cutoff take one while Glaser stood pat. The cutoff then check-called a bet from Glaser.

The same drawing pattern was repeated on the second draw but this time the cutoff raised after Glaser bet. Glaser thought for a moment before tossing his hand away to send the pot to the cutoff.

A player in first position raised and four players called including Dan Zack on the button and in the big blind Adam Owen called.

On the first draw, everyone drew two which saw action check around to Zack who bet and everyone called.

The second draw saw the small blind draw two, Owen draw one, the first position player and cutoff draw two, and Zack draw one.

Action checked to Owen who bet and everyone except the small blind called.

The final round saw Owen stay pat while the first position player and Zack drew one and the cutoff drew two.

The final round of betting saw Owen bet which only the first position player called and Owen turned over 7x6x4x3xAx for a seven-six which was good for the pot.

Gerhart Finds a Fold

A player opened on the button and then called after Kevin Gerhart three-bet out of the big blind.

Gerhart stood pat on the first draw while his opponent decided to take one. Gerhart then bet and was called.

The second draw saw both players stand pat after which Gerhart check-called a bet from his opponent.

Neither player took a card on the final draw with Gerhart checking once more. The button player bet and, after some thought, Gerhart released his hand to take a minor hit to his stack.

The big blind took two on the first draw while Zack drew one. Action then checked to Zack who bet and was called.

On the second draw the same drawing pattern was repeated but this time Zack was able to get a fold after betting.

One player drew one, while Trivett drew two and Rheem stayed pat.

Action checked around to Rheem who bet and only player called while Trivett folded.

His opponent drew one while Rheem stayed pat and his opponent checked over to him who bet and his opponent folded.

Rheem showed 7♥6♣5♦3♠ for a seven Badugi as he raked in the pot.
