Turner Gone

Nível 7

Limit 2-7 Triple Draw

A player opened on the button and then called after Jon Turner three-bet out of the big blind.

Turner stood pat on the first draw and then bet after his opponent took two. The button player made the call.

The second draw saw Turner again stand pat with the button player taking one. Turner then put the remainder of his chips into the middle and was called.

Both players declined to draw on the final draw and Turner, knowing he was beat, flipped over 10x6xXxXxXx as he headed to the exits. The button player, meanwhile, raked in the pot holding 7x6x4x3x2x.

Gerhart Getting Short

Nível 7

A-5 Triple Draw

A player opened from the cutoff before Kevin Gerhart three-bet out of the small blind. The big blind called as did the original raiser to send action threeway to the initial draw.

On the first draw Gerhart took one card while both the big blind and cutoff took two. Gerhart then led out and received two calls.

The second draw saw both Gerhart and the big blind choose to take one card with the cutoff once again drawing two. Gerhart checked, prompting the big blind to bet. The cutoff made the call as did Gerhart.

Gerhart took one more card on the final draw while the big blind stood pat. The cutoff decided to take two but folded after Gerhart bet. The big blind, meanwhile, made the call and showed down 7x6x5x2xAx to scoop the pot and send Gerhart slipping down the chip counts.

Nozomu Shimizu

Limit 7-2 Triple Draw

Shimizu Nozomu raised on the button and both the small blind and Jake Schwartz in the big blind called.

"Oh pat already?" inquired Schwartz, "Sorry we're gonna run you down."

The next round saw action check to Nozomu who bet and both players called which saw the small blind draw one and Schwartz draw two.

The same betting occurred on the following round of betting and on this draw the small blind and Schwartz drew one while Nozomu stood pat once more.

On the end when action checked over to Nozomu, he bet and both players folded and Nozomu turned over QJ1097 for a queen-jack and the table was left with their mouths open.

"I'm about to throw up," Schwartz lamented as the chips were pushed towards Nozomu.
