Haxton Doubles, Eliminates Shakerchi

Nível 11 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Phil Ivey raised to 100,000 on the button and Isaac Haxton three-bet shoved all in for 970,000 in the small blind. Ivey asked for a count and then called to put Haxton at risk.

Isaac Haxton: 1010
Phil Ivey: A9

The board ran out Q4338 and Haxton's pair of tens held on for a double.

Just two hands later, Talal Shakerchi found himself all in with K10 against Haxton's AQ. A queen on the flop put Haxton out front and Shakerchi was sent to the rail.

Davies Doubles Through Schindler, Schindler Left Short

Nível 11 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante
Seth Davies
Seth Davies

Seth Davies moved all in from early position for his remaining 505,000 chips and was called by Jake Schindler from the button.

Seth Davies: KQ
Jake Schindler: AJ

A fortunate flop came for Davies as the dealer rolled out 24K, giving him the lead. The Q on the turn gave Davies two pair, but created Broadway straight opportunities for Schindler.

However, the 3 on the river would not improve Schindler and gave Davies the full double-up.

Soverel Wins Unconvential Pot With Ace-King; Smith Chips-Up Against Davies

Nível 11 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante
Dan Smith
Dan Smith

Martin Kabrhel put in a single 100,000 chip from early position before verbally announcing raise, forcing the dealer to enforce the "single-chip rule" and making it a call. David Peters would be right behind Kabrhel, though, with a raise to 175,000 from middle position and would be called by Sam Soverel in the big blind, with Kabrhel coming along as well.

The three players would check down a board of 1068AJ, with Soverel tabling AK for top pair. Kabrhel and Peters mucked.

One table over, Dan Smith, who started the day as one of the shortest stacks and has been battling all day, would come out on top in a pot against Seth Davies.

Smith raised to 100,000 from middle position and was called by Davies in the big blind. The 4J5 flop would check through, with Davies check-calling a bet from Smith for 135,000 on the 8 turn.

Davies would check-call another bet from Smith on the J river, this time for a hefty 425,000. Smith tabled A8 for two pair and Davies folded face down.

Kabrhel Puts Mateos to the Test

Nível 11 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Martin Kabrhel raised it up in the hijack and Adrian Mateos defended from the big blind. The flop came A84 and Mateos check-called a bet from Kabrhel.

"PokerNews, write this," Kabrhel shouted. "Check-call, check-call, check-call. Adrian seat open, no more rebuy."

The turn was the Q and Mateos check-called another bet of 200,000 from Kabrhel. "You see? Write it, please."

The river was the 9 and Mateos checked one more time. Kabrhel put together a bet of 2,500,000, putting Mateos to the test for the rest of his chips. Mateos used a time bank but decided to lay it down.

Chance Kornuth
Chance Kornuth

Chance Kornuth put out a 70% pot size turn bet of 365,000 in a hand against Brian Kim, on a board that read J595, with Kim making the call.

The two players would then see a 7 river and Kornuth bet large again after being checked to by Kim, this time opting for 750,000 and sending Kim deep into the tank. He would ultimately use four of his time banks before deciding to fold, with the table rushing to take bets on what Kornuth had.

Kornuth did not reveal.
