Berman took a mock bow to the amusement of the tablemates.

On a board of {q-Hearts}{8-Spades}{2-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{5-Clubs}, the Italian had flopped a set and turned a flush draw to then river the nut flush with the {a-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{8-Hearts} to score the final blow on Volpe.

"King king seven deuce with two clubs," the dealer and two of the players on the table confirmed with regards to the hand of Volpe.

The board ran out {q-Spades}{5-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{a-Spades}{6-Clubs} with Monnette doubling after turning a set to leave O'Hara drawing dead.

Ray Dehkharghani was facing a bet by Jared Bleznick on sixth street when the latter had paired his five and came along. Bleznick then bet once more on seventh street and Dehkharghani mulled it over for a while before he made the call.

"You got it," Bleznick instantly conceded and Dehkharghani tabled the {q-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} for just a pair of queens, which was indeed good enough to win the pot.

Ivey Wins Showdown Pot Against Negreanu

Heads-up to the {7-Spades}{5-Spades}{3-Hearts}{6-Diamonds} turn, Phil Ivey checked in the big blind and then called a bet worth 22,000 by Daniel Negreanu on the button. Ivey checked again on the {10-Hearts} river and Negreanu bet 65,000.

Ivey instantly flicked in a call and Negreanu pointed towards his opponent as quickly to indicate he was certain to lose the hand. Ivey turned over the {k-Diamonds}{4-Hearts} for a seven-high straight and Negreanu mucked.

In the meanwhile, Brandon Shack-Harris and Peter Gelencser have been eliminated.
