Stefansky Forces Fold

Nível 19 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

On a heads-up river of {7-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{a-Hearts}, Amanda Caines bet 40,000 into a 120,000 pot. Her opponent, Joshua Stefansky, was deep in thought for a few moments before raising all in, which then sent Caines into the tank.

She began to think out loud about her decision, trying to get a read off of Stefansky, but no luck.

"That cant be good, right?" She asked Stefansky as she flashed {a-}{k-} for top two pair. No reply.

"Okay nice hand," Caines sighed as she mucked her hand, cracking a smile from Stefansky as he raked in the pot.

Nível 18 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante
Chino Rheem

On a three-way flop of {a-Spades}{j-Spades}{10-Hearts}, Chino Rheem and Pete Arroyos checked in turn, then Alexandre Pessoa bet the pot of 140,000. Rheem thought for a second then repopped it to 350,000, getting a fold from Arroyos before Pessoa put the rest of his chips in, at risk.

Alexandre Pessoa: {a-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{8-Spades}
Chino Rheem: {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}

The board runout of {4-Spades}{j-Diamonds} improved Rheem's top two pair to a full house, which eliminated Pessoa and chipped up Rheem to 1,250,000.

Huge Triple Up For Martin

Nível 18 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Kristof Segers bet 23,000 from the hijack and was called by Jason Smith in the small blind and Aurelien Martin in the big blind.

The flop of {k-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}{4-Hearts} caused Independence Day to come early. Smith bet 65,000 and was quickly met with an all-in from Martin for 177,000 and Segers for 255,000. Smith took his time to work out all of the consequences of side pots and elected to call.

Aurelien Martin: {a-Hearts}{j-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}
Kristof Segers: {k-Clubs}{k-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{7-Hearts}
Jason Smith: {5-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}

Segers was ahead with a set of kings, Martin had a gutshot straight draw along with a flush draw, while Smith was well behind with a set of fours and not a lot of backup.

The {7-Diamonds} turn gave Martin another flush draw and a gutshot straight draw for Smith. But the {j-Diamonds} gave the Frenchman Martin the diamond flush and a huge increase of his stack.
