Konakchiev's Stack Keeps Growing

Nível 11 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante
Valentino Konakchiev
Valentino Konakchiev

The action folded around to the cutoff, who shoved his entire stack of roughly 45,000. After thinking for about five seconds, Valentino Konakchiev raised to 125,000 on the button, forcing the blinds to fold.

Cutoff: {a-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}
Valentino Konakchiev: {7-Clubs}{7-Spades}

Konakchiev was ahead with the pair of sevens and nothing changed on the {k-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{3-Hearts} flop. The board completed with the {8-Diamonds} on the turn and the {6-Clubs} on the river, giving Konakchiev two pairs to eliminate his opponent and continue to grow his mountain of chips.

Kanterjian Takes it from Lodge

Nível 11 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

On a flop of {4-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{3-Hearts} there was roughly 9,600 in the middle and Charbel Kanterjian checked to Harry Lodge who bet out for 2,800 and Kanterjian made the call.

The {k-Clubs} fell on the turn and both players checked to see the {7-Hearts} on the river. Kanterjian thought about it for a few moments before announcing a bet of 9,000 which was enough to get Lodge to surrender the pot.

Michelle Knocks One Out

Nível 10 : 800/1,600, 1,600 ante
Tiffany Michelle
Tiffany Michelle

Tiffany Michelle opened the action on the button to 3,500 and the small blind moved all-in for 8,000. The big blind quickly folded and Michelle looked like she didn't really want to make the call as she said, "okay," and threw in the 5,000 chip signaling a call.

Small blind: {a-Diamonds}{8-Spades}
Tiffany Michelle: {j-Clubs}{10-Spades}

The small blind was a slight favorite with the ace-high and the flop of {q-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds} gave the small blind a pair of eights while giving Michelle a gutshot straight draw. The turn changed nothing when the {5-Clubs} came but the {j-Spades} on the river gave Michelle a pair of jacks, meaning the small blind had fallen victim to Michelle.

Kalina Sanders: {a-Clubs}{10-Clubs}

Justin Steinman shoved his short stack and Oscar David called. Oscar David showed {q-Spades}{j-Diamonds}, while Steinman showed {9-Clubs}{8-Clubs}.

The board ran out {7-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}, and the queen-high was good enough for the knockout.
