Miller Shows a Big Bluff

Nível 9 : 800/1,600, 1,600 ante

Bob Miller bet 7,500 on a {4-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{10-Hearts} flop from under the gun, and John Harms called on the button. On the {9-Spades} turn, Miller bet 17,400 and Harms called. On the {5-Hearts} river, Miller jammed immediately for 40,000. Harms threw his hands in the air and tanked about a minute before releasing.

Miller tossed {a-Hearts}{k-Clubs} into the middle, much to the delight of some of the other players.

Ho Shuts Down on the River

Nível 9 : 800/1,600, 1,600 ante

Picking up the action on the turn with the board reading {6-Clubs}{5-Spades}{2-Spades}{7-Spades}, Maria Ho dropped in a bet of 17,000 from the hijack into a pot of over 25,000. The button attempted to pull out his phone in the middle of the hand but the dealer put a quick stop to that.

He thought for a minute before making the call and the {6-Hearts} paired the board on the river. Ho checked this time and her opponent checked it back. He turned over {k-Spades}{3-Spades} for a flush and Ho knuckled the table as she conceded the pot.

Moshe Stopped in His Tracks

Nível 9 : 800/1,600, 1,600 ante

There was a raise to 3,400 from early position and Asi Moshe three-bet to 10,200 in the hijack. The small blind counted out a four-bet to 20,200 which got the initial raiser to fold. Moshe, however, wasn't ready to give up on his hand just yet.

Moshe called and the two players saw a flop of {9-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{5-Hearts}. The small blind led out for 17,000 and Moshe gave it some thought before letting his hand go. His opponent turned over {a-Hearts}{a-Diamonds} which seems to be the only thing that can stop this three-time bracelet winner from winning a hand today.
