The flop fell 
and Graham checked. Katz made a continuation-bet of 39,000 and Graham called. The turn came 
and Graham checked once more to Katz, who continued again for 50,000. Graham flinched slightly as he picked up chips and then proceeded to call.
The river came 
and Graham led out for 100,000.
"Gahhh!" said Katz. "Terrible card!" he continued as he leaned back in his chair for a moment. He then leaned forward and used his hand to push the cards to the center of the table, one at a time to fold and give up the pot.
