Suhail Triples Up

Nível 14 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante
Mohammed Suhail
Mohammed Suhail

With roughly 250,000 in the pot and Mohammed Suhail all in preflop, the board came down {6-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{q-Clubs}. Two other players went on in the hand, heads up for the side pot.

Ricardo Daluz, first to act, moved all in for his remaining 104,500 chips, and Jeremey Frost went into the tank. Some time passed as Frost played with his chips and contemplated what he would do.

Suhail then proceeded to call the clock and a floor supervisor arrived to give Frost a countdown. With 10-seconds left to act he made the call and all three hands were opened:

Suhail: {3-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}
Frost: {9-Spades}{9-Diamonds}
Daluz: {j-Clubs}{j-Spades}

Suhail had both his opponents in rough shape with a flopped set, while Daluz's pocket jacks looked good to win the side pot.

The {6-Hearts} turn gave Suhail a full house straight away and the {5-Hearts} river was no help to Frost, sending his chips Daluz's way.

As some banter was thrown back and forth between players regarding advice and opinions on the way the hand played out, Suhail stood up and said: "I just won a pot I'm allowed to celebrate."
