The flop came down and Glaser smiled, seeing that Wood had a ton of outs with his giant wrap.
The turn was a brick but Glaser's hand couldn't hold as the connected with Wood's straight draw.
In the meantime, the PPC lost yet another British player in the $25k PLO champ Stephen Chidwick.

The was the bring in and John Monnette completed his eight. Dario Sammartino made it two bets with a queen and Lyle Berman called. Monnette called and action continued three ways.
Sammartino bet on fourth and fifth street and both Berman and Monnette hung around. On sixth street, Berman was first to act with a pair of sevens showing and bet. Monnette and Sammartino called and all three players checked the river.
Sammartino tabled and then turned his hand over as Berman showed for tens up, which was good to take the pot as Monnette also had long-mucked by the time the dealer had announced the winning hand.
