Day 1f play has concluded. A recap will be posted in due course.
Each table will play six more hands before racing off the T-500 chips and bagging for the night.
There were about 25,000 chips already in the middle and the board read when we got to the table. Matt Affleck checked from the big blind, Kathy Liebert bet 10,000 from the hijack, and after brief consideration, Affleck called.
The turn brought the and Affleck checked. Liebert moved a stack of yellow T-1,000 chips forward, Affleck quickly tossed his hand into the muck, and Liebert took the pot.

A player in early position raised to 9,000, the button three-bet to 20,000, and Alex Muscarella, who was in the small blind, went into the tank for almost a minute before he four-bet shoved for about 200,000. The big blind then went into the tank for about 30 seconds and called to put himself at risk for about 35,000, the original raiser folded, and the button did the same shortly thereafter.
Alex Muscarella:
Big blind:
Muscarella had a commanding lead with the better pair and his opponent needed a lot of help from the deck to double up. The board ran out which changed nothing so Muscarella took the pot to eliminate his opponent.
