Monnette Eliminated by Ramdin

Nível 18 : 2,500/5,000, 0 ante
John Monnette
John Monnette

John Monnette had been all in and at risk with Perry Friedman and Victor Ramdin still to act.

The latter was paid off on the river of a board reading {J-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{6-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{9-Clubs} and showed the {A-Spades}{8-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{3-Hearts} for a flush. Monnette mucked {K-Clubs}{Q-Hearts}{8-Spades}{X-} and Friedman briefly flashed his cards before sending them into the muck.

Nut Flush for Ageloff

Nível 18 : 2,500/5,000, 0 ante
Brandon Ageloff
Brandon Ageloff

In a single raised pot, middle position Brandon Ageloff bet the {K-Clubs}{9-Spades}{4-Spades} flop, Benny Glaser called, and Peter Eichhardt called on the button. All three players checked the {K-Spades} on the turn and {3-Hearts} on the river.

Ageloff tabled {A-Spades}{8-Spades}{4-Hearts}{2-Hearts} for the nut flush and both Glaser and Eichhardt mucked. With that hand, Ageloff moved up to over 200,000.

Chio and Hochman Depart; Bjorin Gets Big

Nível 18 : 2,500/5,000, 0 ante
Daniel Chio
Daniel Chio

Daniel Chio sent his remaining chips over to Matt Woodward while, almost at the same time one table over, Corey Hochman was unable to beat the two pair and nut low of Tuvya Felt on a board of {Q-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{2-Spades}{7-Clubs}{K-Clubs}. Hochman's cards were already in the muck when Felt had flashed {A-Spades}{K-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}.

Last but not least, Chris Bjorin scooped a massive pot with {9-Spades}{5-Clubs}{3-Spades}{2-Hearts} for a turned flush and low with trey-deuce to boost his stack significantly at the expense of William Brock.

Haman Busts in Two Multi-Way Hands

Nível 18 : 2,500/5,000, 0 ante
Matt WoodWard
Matt WoodWard

Down to a mere 1,500, Adam Haman was all in and saw Matt Woodward and Alex Visbisky engage in a bigger side pot that saw a check-call of Woodward on the {J-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{4-Clubs} flop and the {8-Hearts} turn. The {3-Clubs} river was checked and Visbisky announced aces, then rolled over the {A-Clubs}{A-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds}{9-Spades}.

Haman had the {Q-Spades}{J-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} for a straight and Woodward mucked.

The blinds went up and Haman raised to 10,000 with 2,000 behind. Lero Berumen and Woodward called. The flop came {A-Hearts}{J-Diamonds}{9-Spades} and Haman moved all in for 2,000, Berumen called, and Woodward raised to 5,000, which Berumen called. After the {5-Diamonds} turn, Berumen checked and folded to a bet by Woodward.

Haman turned over {Q-Diamonds}{Q-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{2-Hearts} and Woodward had the {A-Spades}{Q-Spades}{8-Clubs}{3-Spades}. The {2-Diamonds} on the river ensured the scoop for Woodward, who gained back the chips he had just lost.

Davis and Chen Chop Up Deeb

Nível 18 : 2,500/5,000, 0 ante
Shaun Deeb
Shaun Deeb

After some substantial preflop action, four players saw the {K-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{3-Clubs} flop appear. Raymond Davis bet, Shaun Deeb made it two bets, John Jenkins called in middle position, James Chen called on the button, and Davis called as well.

David checked the {4-Clubs} turn, Deeb bet, Jenkins folded, Chen called, and Davis called. On the {6-Diamonds} river, David bet out. Deeb thought around thirty seconds before calling, and Chen took around ten seconds before making the overcall.

Davis showed {A-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{5-Hearts} for the nut flush to claim the high hand. Chen tabled {A-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{2-Clubs} and won the low. Deeb mucked his hand. Davis and Deeb exchanged some unpleasantries after the hand.

Chen Busts Koppel

Nível 17 : 2,000/4,000, 0 ante
James Chen
James Chen

Jared Koppel, John Jenkins, and James Chen made it three bets to see a flop of {10-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{7-Spades} and Koppel bet. Jenkins and Chen both called.

On the {A-Clubs} turn, Koppel bet once more and was left with 4,000 behind. Jenkins called and Chen raised, prompting Koppel to call all in for 12,000. Jenkins called the 16,000 of Chen and checked the {K-Diamonds} river.

Chen bet once more, Jenkins called, and all three sets of cards were turned over.

Koppel had {A-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{4-Spades}, Jenkins flipped over the {A-Spades}{7-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{3-Spades} for two pair and Chen scooped it all with {A-Hearts}{J-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{2-Clubs} for the straight.
