We only caught the action on the river where Shirley Rosario bet and earned three calls. But the outcome was rather surprising as Rosario turned up trip fives and no low, likely expecting to chop the pot with some other player. However, it became apparent that nobody managed to complete a low and Rosario surely liked to see all three of her rivals mucking their hands.

Rosario scooped the whole pot and climbed over 140,000.

With around 40,000 in the pot already, Mike Matusow, Brian Hastings, and Benjamin Dobson were all still alive in the hand. Matusow led out on fifth street and was called by both of his opponents.

Hastings took the lead on sixth but played it cautiously and checked. Matusow tossed in another bet and both Dobson and Hastings called again.

"I need one card to scoop everything," Matusow said as he rubbed his hands together.

On seventh, the action checked around and Matusow tabled for trip queens and both of his opponents mucked. It appears as though 'The Mouth' has just taken over the chip lead as the only player to climb over 200,000 thus far.

Bruno Fitoussi made it three-bets preflop and found two callers including Eli Elezra. Fitoussi barreled on fourth and then slid in his last 500 on fifth. All boards featured three hole cards and Elezra bet into the side pot when he spiked an open pair of aces on sixth. He got two bets out of his opponent.

Elezra had another ace in the hole and a slightly better low than the third player. Fitoussi showed what looked like a pair before heading to the rail. Elezra scooped the whole pot and climbed to 85,000 or so.

Frankie O'Dell was the bring-in but opted to complete. Mike Matusow called with a king showing and the two players were left to battle heads-up. Both players checked fourth street and O'Dell checked again on fifth. Matusow tossed in a bet and O'Dell mucked his cards. Matusow flashed a king in his hole cards to show that he had it.

"You had it this time," O'Dell pointed out.

"I always have it. I play my hand face up and you guys still call," Matusow replied. "I'm not like this guy over here three-betting with ace, jack, deuce. I mean, it's not terrible but I've never tried it. Maybe one day when I'm rich again, I'll try it. I will be rich again! I'm going to win this fucking tournament!"

In a completed three-way pot, Peter Brownstein fired all following three streets before knuckling back on the river. George Reichnitzer and Paul Sexton called all the bets and Brownstein showed his seven-low to scoop the low half. Sexton made two pair, aces and queens and Reichnitzer studied both boards in the showdown, trying to figure out where it went wrong.
