Isaac Baron was first to act from his seat in the big blind and he checked on the flop. His opponent, seated in the hijack seat, bet 1,300. Baron raised to 4,800 and was called.

Baron then led for 6,500 on the turn and his opponent called, leaving himself 9,500 behind. Those 9,500 chips instantly went into the middle when the flush-completing arrived on the river and Baron had checked. Baron asked for confirmation of the bet amount before calling.

Both players held king-jack, Baron the and his opponent the and the pot was chopped.

You may recall that Baron recently finished fourth in the $10,000 Pot-Limit Omaha event a few days ago and banked a score of $301,369.

Howard 'Tahoe' Andrew just limped from early position and the player on the button put in a raise to 1,100. The action folded back to Andrew who quickly made the call.

The flop came down and Andrew checked to the button who bet 900. Andrew announced a raise to 2,500 and his opponent called.

On the turn the popped up and quickly Andrew tossed out another 5,000.

"You got it," Andrew's opponent sighed as he folded face up. Andrew took this pot down and he's a little closer to the starting stack right now.
