We came to the table with flop on the board and Jason Koon, the small blind, calling a bet 525 from his opponent. Koon went all in on the turn and his opponent called.

Koon stood up from the table as soon as the hands were tabled. The meaningless river officially completed the hand and sent Koon home to rest up.
The tables are breaking fast in the Pavilion Room. All of the tables in yellow are broken and while walking through, we noticed the tournament staff breaking five tables at once while herding the players across the hall with their chips in ziplock bags. It shouldn't be long now before everyone is housed in the Brasilia room.
Dominik Nitsche raised to 425 from early position. One other player called, and then the small blind three-bet to 1,850. Nitsche quickly re-raised all in for a total of 6,125. His opponent called, and the players turned up their cards:

The board ran out , missing both players. Nitsche won the pot with his queens and doubled up.
The players are now leaving for a 20-minute break and so are we. Registration closes at the conclusion of the break so we should have the numbers for you shortly after our return. See you then.
Dan Heimiller has been steadily accumulating chips today. In a recent hand, Heimiller faced a preflop raise to 325 and three-bet to 800. His opponent called, then checked the flop. Heimiller continued for 1300. His opponent folded, and Heimiller pulled in the pot. The bracelet winner now sits with 17,500 in front of him.
