Event #31: $1,500 Pot-Limit Omaha Hi-low 8-or-Better has come to an end with Perry Green leading the way with 491,000 in chips as we head into the final day’s play. Not many people will know this, but back in the late 1970’s, Green won 3 WSOP bracelets in Ace-to-Five Draw and No-Limit Hold’em. He’ll be looking to add another one to his collection after a 35-year gap.
Day 2 saw 129 players take their seats in the Amazon Room and by the time 10 one-hour levels were completed only 14 players still had chips in front of them that required bagging up. Not far behind Green are Marco Johnson (475,000), and the last remaining female in the field Loni Harwood (444,000). Add to that, bracelet winners Barry Greenstein (287,000) and Eric Rodawig (212,000), as well as Noomis Jones (439,000) who finished 14th in this same event last year, and we're set for an interesting finish.
At the start of the day, the players were 12 eliminations from the money, and it would be David Greene who would earn the unlucky title of bubble boy. From there on in, we lost several notable players including Eoghan O’Dea {93rd), Jason Mercier (83rd), Jonathon Little (75th), Matthew Vengrin (62nd}, Nick Binger (58th), Allen Cunningham (44th), Owais Ahmed (42nd), David Sands (41st), Mike Matusow (40th), Allen Le (36th), Matthew Giannetti (35th), Mel Judah (27th), Jeff Lisandro (24th) and Leif Force (23rd).

The hand started with Jarred Graham opening to 42,000 from under the gun, as Joao Simao thought for a few minutes, and made the call from his immediate left. The rest of the table folded, as both players watched the flop come

Graham instantly moved all in for his last 71,000, which was enough to force a fold from SImao.

Andy Seth opened from the cut-off, before Eric Rodawig raised to 87,000. Seth announced all in, and Rodawig called for his remaining few chips.

Action was on Yuval Bronshtein in early position, and he announced pot, a raise to 42,000 total. Barry Greenstein was next to act, and he cut out raising chips, and eventually put 85,000 into the middle. It folded back around to Bronshtein, and he moved all in for around 110,000 total. Greenstein called.

The flop couldn't have hit Greenstein much better, as it came down 
giving Greenstein a leading pair and a royal flush draw. Bronshtein was now looking for a five or a low combination that would counterfeit Greenstein, and he got part of that on the turn. Bronshtein could now win with a two or a five, or could get half the pot with any low card, but the 
on the river didn't get it done.
Bronshtein wished everyone luck as he headed to the payout desk, while Greenstein is one of our leaders now with 383,000.

The action started with Marco Johnson opening from under the gun to 25,000 and getting called by Joao Simao in the hijack. Andrew Brokos then went into the tank, before announcing all in about a minute later. His count of 96,000 was quickly overshadowed by Johnson re-popping all in for 230,000 in total, as Simao quickly mucked his hand.

Stephen Johnson opened from middle position for 22,000 and was called by Fu Wong in the big blind. The flop came down 
, and Wong bet “pot,” before committing the rest of his stack after Johnson shoved over the top.

We were busy writing up a hand between Andy Seth and Yuval Bronshtein when out of the corner of our eye we saw a huge pot brewing on the other table. We walked over and saw Jarred Graham and Loni Harwood getting the rest of Harwood's good sized stack in on a flop of

Both players were sharing the nut low draw, and Harwood held the lead for the high with just a pair of deuces. The 
on the turn changed nothing, and the on the river gave Harwood winning trips, and the pot outright.
Once she finished stacking up her chips, we pegged her at 418,000, which right now is good enough for the chip lead.
