The flop came 4♣10♣10♥ and Maue check-called a bet of 40,000 from Davies.

The turn landed the 4♠ and Maue led out with a bet of 65,000. Davies made the call.

On the 6♦ river, Maue sized up with a bet of 400,000 and Davies made it 830,000 to go, leaving himself with 15,000 behind.

After taking some time to think through his decision, Maue made the call, tabling 7♦4♥ for a full house, fours full of tens, besting the A♥9♥ of Davies.

Davies was seen exiting the tournament area shortly after.

Kristen Foxen raised to 60,000 under the gun and Daniel Negreanu three-bet shoved for 215,000 in early position to put himself at risk. Barak Wisbrod then reshoved in the small blind to isolate and Foxen got out of the way.

The flop came 4♠4♥A♥ with Wisbrod pulling ahead by pairing his ace. The 5♣ turn and 5♠ river offered no help to Negreanu and he was sent packing.

Dvoress Puts Hellmuth in Tough Spot

Daniel Dvoress raised to 50,000 in the cutoff, Phil Hellmuth flatted on the button, and Danny Tang defended in the big blind.

The flop came A♣J♥2♦, Tang checked, Dvoress bet 45,000, Hellmuth called, and Tang got out of the way.

On the 2♥ turn, Dvoress checked and Hellmuth bet 50,000. Dvoress then bet enough to put Hellmuth all in, who had 220,000 behind.

"I'm struggling to figure out what I can beat logically," said Hellmuth as he went into the tank.

After using multiple time bank cards, Hellmuth tossed his cards into the muck and Dvoress showed the 10♥.

"I haven't seen you show a card in five years Daniel," commented Tang.

"Phil's special," replied Dvoress as he dragged in the pot.

Pardo Exits with Dramatic Runout

Juan Pardo raised to 50,000 under the gun and was three-bet by Pascal Lefrancois in middle position to 125,000. Pardo then four-bet jammed for 600,000 and Lefrancois made the call to put Pardo at risk.

The flop came 10♣6♦Q♠ with Pardo pulling ahead even further with a set of tens. However, Lefrancois still had outs with backdoor straight and flush possibilities.

The J♦ landed on the turn, which was one of the best cards in the deck for Lefrancois. The river brought the 4♦, giving him the nut flush, and Pardo was sent to the rail.

Mike Watson raised all in from early position for his stack of 215,000. It then folded to the small blind Stephen Chidwick, who three-bet all in for his stack of 250,000. Once the big blind folded, it was the two players heads up, with Watson at risk.

Watson found himself in a great spot to double up having the bigger pocket pair. The board ran out K♠8♠6♣10♥A♦ and the pocket threes of Watson were still best, giving him the double up.

Chidwick was left with just 35,000 chips after the hand, and was eliminated shortly after.
