The event guaranteed a minimum prize pool of $5,000,000 and after late registration was completed a total of 4,646 entries made the field, resulting in an overlay of $354,000 and some extra added value for all those remaining with the winner set to be crowned champion and $712,429 payday.

With 79 players remaining it is "Twicyyy", from the United Kingdom, that heads the pack with 20,543,293 and is the only player in the field with over 20 million chips. They are chased down by Miguel "CambadaDeMixos" Lopes (14,736,852) and online crusher Simon "C. Darwin2" Mattsson (9,005,576).

The action started thick and fast with notables such as Tobias "Senkel92" Leknes, Patrick "pads1161" Leonard and PokerStars Team Pro Ramon "RamonColillas" Colillas all busting early doors.

Day 1 Chip Leader Daniel "judgedredd13" Charlton couldn't continue his Day 1 form and busted before the money in 884th place.
