Michael Schmitz Fires All Streets

Nível 3 : 100/200, 25 ante

With about 1,700 in the pot, on a board reading {j-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{3-Spades}, Michael Schmitz led out for 725 from under the gun. Jonathan Roy was on the button and called.

The turn was the {9-Spades} and Schmitz led out again - this time for 1,500. Roy thought about it and called once more.

The river was the {4-Clubs}. Schmitz wasted no time and fired out a bet of 2,700. Roy didn't think long before releasing his hand, sending the pot to Schmitz.

River Raise From Wheeler

Nível 3 : 100/200, 25 ante

A player in the small blind bet 1,725 into two opponents on a {q-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{a-Spades}{9-Spades} board. One player folded, but Jason Wheeler had other ideas. He popped it to 6,400, getting a fold and taking the pot without a showdown.

Radoja's Got It

Mark Radoja
Mark Radoja

Mark Radoja bet 13,100 into two opponents on a completed board of {7-Spades}{3-Clubs}{8-Spades}{10-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}. The first player, who was in early position, tanked for around three minutes and then called for about half of his stack. The player last to act tanked a bit himself before opting to muck.

Radoja showed {j-Spades}{9-Hearts} for the nuts, and the player who mucked on the end breathed a sigh of relief.

Brian Senie Doubles Up

Nível 3 : 100/200, 25 ante

Action was already in play with about 4,500 in the pot, on a board reading {7-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{9-Hearts}.

Brian Senie was in the small blind and checked, as did the big blind and Patrick Serda from under the gun.

The player on the button bet 4,000 and Senie moved all in for 8,300. The big blind and Serda folded, and action was back on the button. After receiving confirmation on the amount of Senie's stack, the button eventually called.

Senie tabled two red jacks while his opponent showed two red eights.

The river was the {6-Hearts} and Senie doubled through.

Break Time

Nível 2 : 75/150, 0 ante

Players are on their first break of the day!

Here is a look at some of the counts around the room:

Ramos Ramping Up

Nível 2 : 75/150, 0 ante
Felipe Ramos
Felipe Ramos

With about 1,800 in the pot, on a board reading {j-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}, both the small and big blinds checked to Felipe Ramos in middle position.

Ramos thought for a moment and bet 1,300. The small blind folded and the big blind wasted no time in calling.

The turn was the {q-Clubs}. The big blind quickly checked, and Ramos decided to bet 1,600. The big blind went into the tank and eventually released his cards.

The Team PokerStars Pro is slowly chipping up and is all smiles at the table, as usual.

Roy Finds a Double

Nível 2 : 75/150, 0 ante

Jonathan Roy bet 1,800 from the hijack on a board of {5-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{6-Spades}, and a cutoff opponent called. That player checked the {2-Clubs} river, and Roy moved all in for his last 7,150. The player in the cutoff seemed on the verge of mucking but then grabbed calling chips and tossed them into the middle. Roy confidently flipped over {j-Spades}{j-Clubs}, and that was good — his opponent had {10-Spades}{9-Spades}.
