In what has marked the largest tournament in Canadian poker history, the partypoker MILLIONS North America $5,300 Main Event is nearing the end. The final nine players will be seated under the lights and in front of the cameras for Day 5 with millions of dollars up for grabs. The winner will be determined in a matter of hours and will be walking away with a cool $1,400,000.
Anthony Ruberto leads the way with 409,000,000 chips after a strong end to Day 4. Not far behind is Taylor Black with 406,000,000 chips as the two Americans will try to steal the show on Canadian soil. There are also five Canadians in the mix as Tommy Nguyen (327,000,000), George Lagos (220,000,000), Guillaume Nolet (110,000,000), Demosthenes Kiriopoulos (74,000,000), and Charles La Boissonniere (45,000,000) will all be looking to make a charge to the top. Either way, whoever comes out on top will record their largest payday to date.

The action will get underway at 12:00 PM EST with the PokerNews live reporting coverage on a 30-minute delay to remain in sync with the live stream. The blinds will resume on level 37 at 2,500,000/5,000,000 and a 5,000,000 button ante. There will be a 15-minute break at the end of every two levels and once heads-up play begins, the levels will be reduced to 30-minutes. A shot clock will continue to be in play that will allow players 30 seconds to make a decision, along with six 30-second time extensions throughout the final table.

Taylor Black opened to 12 million with 
from under the gun and Tommy Nguyen three-bet to 35 million on the button with

in the big blind and four-bet shoved all in for 146 million. Black quickly mucked his hand and Nguyen took a little bit longer but his cards hit the muck as well.

The action folded to Markus Prinz in the small blind who pushed all in with 
and Charles La Boissonniere picked up the 
in the big blind. La Boissonniere made the call for his last 45 million and the cards were tabled.
The flop fell 
and Prinz took the lead with a pair of fives. The 
on the turn reversed the position and La Boissonniere was out front with a pair of jacks. The on the river secured the double up for La Boissonniere as he stayed alive in the tournament.

George Lagos opened to 11 million from middle position with

Lagos led out for 15 million with top pair and Nolet just called with his overpair. Black flopped bottom two pair and just made the call as well. The 
rolled off on the turn and Lagos opted to check this time. Nolet also checked and Black fired out 40 million with the best hand. Lagos called and Nolet let his pocket kings go.
The river was the 
and Lagos checked one more time. Black put together a bet of 70 million and Lagos paid him off. Black scooped a healthy pot and moved well in front of the rest of the table.

Tommy Nguyen raised to 11 million in the hijack with 
and Darryll Fish shipped all in for 89 million with in the cutoff. Guillaume Nolet re-shipped all in for 140 million with and Nguyen mucked his cards.
Fish was the player at risk but had the far more superior hand. The flop fell 
and Fish took a commanding lead with a set of aces. The on the turn gave Nolet a straight draw but the on the river bricked off, giving Fish a full double up.

Guillaume Nolet moved all in for 52 million in the hijack with and Anthony Ruberto quickly called with on the button. It was a light shove from Nolet and he was now in danger of being eliminated on the official final table bubble.
The flop came 
and Nolet did not pick up any help. The on the turn left Nolet drawing dead to the on the river. Nolet was eliminated and Ruberto was the beneficiary of his chips.
