A total of 73 out of 295 entries have made their way through twelve 45-minute Day 1 levels, and will now regroup to battle as the money approaches.
Leading the way is Franck Eburderie of France, who showed some solid poker prowess on Day 1a to collect 423,000 in chips. He is followed by Day 1b chipleader Ismail Fath-Eddine (380,000) while Francisco Moreno completes the podium of the counts (324,500).
