Peyer Keeps Firing

Nível 1 : Blinds 100/100, 100 ante

Fares Abdul Ghani bet 1,000 from the cutoff on a flop of {9-Hearts}{a-Spades}{5-Clubs} and was called by Tommaso Bonini on the button. Kirby Peyer, in the hijack, raised to 3,000 and both opponents called.

The turn came the {4-Diamonds} and Peyer fired out 6,500, getting rid of Abdul Ghani. Bonini stuck around to see the {8-Spades} on the river.

Peyer bet another 12,500 and Bonini called once again. Peyer turned over {a-Clubs}{a-Diamonds} for top set and Bonini quickly surrendered the big pot.

Palmerini Runs Into a Flush

Nível 1 : Blinds 100/100, 100 ante

Gianpaolo Palmerini bet 5,000 from the small blind on the turn with the board showing {6-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}. Van Tran, on the button, shoved all in.

"If you have the flush then good for you," Palmerini said as he called.with {k-Clubs}{k-Spades} for top set. Tran did show him the bad news, turning over {10-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}.

The {4-Spades} on the river failed to give Palmerini a full house and he got up to leave. The stacks were counted down and Tran had 22,300, leaving Palmerini with 1,000 as he was called back to the table.

"Should I fold that," he asked as he sat back down.

"No way. Nobody could fold that," a tablemate responded.
