Fischill Slowplays a Monster

Nível 21 : 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

Paul Fischill checked to Radoslav Stoyanov on a flop of {6-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{7-Hearts} and Stoyanov bet 30,000 from the button. Fischill, in the cutoff, called and they saw a turn of {5-Spades}.

Fischill checked again and Stoyanov bet another 110,000. Fischill again called as the river paired the board with the {5-Hearts}.

Fischill checked once more and this time Stoyanov checked behind. And he was thankful he did, because Fischill opened up {9-Diamonds}{9-Hearts} for the flopped set that turned into a full house on the river.

Guerrero Leads the River

Nível 21 : 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

Stephen Kehoe bet 35,000 from the big blind on a flop of {4-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{7-Spades} and was called by Ibrahim Aksu in the cutoff and small blind Jimmy Guerrero.

The turn came the {j-Hearts} and Kehoe bet another 135,000. Aksu quickly folded, but Guerrero, chewing on a toothpick, cut out the chips to call before slowly sliding them forward.

The {5-Spades} came on the river and this time Guerrero gathered three stacks of blue 5,000 chips and pushed them in the middle, a bet totaling 280,000. Kehoe didn't take long before he mucked.

Aksu Makes Kings Full as Chegdane Folds What Would've Been Quads

Nível 20 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Ibrahim Aksu
Ibrahim Aksu

In a hand that made the table go nuts, Ibrahim Aksu opened from the cutoff and Benjamin Pollak three-bet jammed a stack of around 350,000 from the small blind.

Said Chegdane then went into the tank for over a minute in the big blind before folding, while Aksu called with a bigger stack. Ahead of the runout, Chegdane said he made a big laydown with jacks.

Benjamin Pollak: {a-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}
Ibrahim Aksu: {k-Spades}{k-Clubs}

Chegdane had apparently made the right laydown and the flop came {7-Spades}{k-Diamonds}{j-Spades}, which would have given him a set to still be behind the set of Cowboys of Aksu. However, the board then finished out {7-Hearts}{j-Diamonds} and Chegdane stared with glazed-over eyes at the board that would've given him quads.

Someone at the table attempted to grab the muck to see if Chegdane had indeed folded jacks before the dealer stopped them. But Chegdane's face said it all.

"I believe him. He looks like he wants to kill himself!" exclaimed Giuliano Bendinelli.

In the middle of all the excitement, Pollak quietly hit the rail.
