On an flop it was Ismail Erkenov who had 42,000 in front of him in middle-late position. Vasily Kylukin had raised it up to 100,000 out of the big blind and Davidi Kitai had made it 169,000 behind him under the gun. Erkenov folded, but Kylukin made the call.
Both players checked the on the turn. The river came the and Kylukin bet out 95,000. Kitai announced his all in. Before we could count how much it exactly was, Kylukin had mucked showing the .
Noah Schwartz opened on the button for 20,000 and Mike Watson moved all in for fewer than 200,000 chips from the small blind. Martin Finger just made the call from the big blind, but Schwartz folded and left them to it.
Watson:
Finger:
The cards ran out . No cracking aces for Watson and he joined the fast increasing list of people heading to the pay-out desk.
In the latest, Aleksei Platonov opened for 28,000 from middle position and action folded to Stephen Chidwick in the big blind. He announced that he was all in, and Platonov wasted little time in calling off for 150,000 or so total.
Platonov:
Chidwick:
Chdiwick only had a week ace, but it got stronger after the flop paired the bullet. The turn left Platonov drawing dead, and after the was put out on the river for good measure, he made his way to the payout desk in 23rd place to collect €56,700.
With Ole Schemion's bust out, and the redraw to 24 at hand, we missed Anatoly Filatov's bust out. Luckily, a Russian reporter and Andrew Chen filled us in on what had happened.
On a flop three players checked. Anatoly Filatov bet out 20,000 on the -turn and Andrew Chen was the sole caller, Kitai folded. The fell on the river and Filatov checked with about 120,000 behind. Chen moved all in and Filatov made the call holding . That wasn't good enough, Chen had for quads and eliminated Filatov.
Chen was all in on the bubble with queens to kings and spiked a queen to stay alive. Now he has a monster stack of almost 760,000. By the elimination of Filatov, all the players are guaranteed €56,700.
The board was and Philipp Gruissem bet 35,000. Anatoly Gurtovoy then moved all in and had Gruissem covered.
Gruissem went deep in the tank. Eventually he made the call. It was Gurtovoy who had to turn his cards over first and he did so reluctantly showing the .
“Shit.” said Gruissem who was not expecting to see that and turned over .
The turn gave him his flush though and a double up. The on the river was irrelevant.
Ole Schemion has just been eliminated from the €25,000 High Roller.
Scott Seiver raised under the gun to 22,000 and Schemion shoved all in for 163,000. All other players folded, including big blind Philipp Gruissem who thought about it for some time. Seiver however made the call.
Ole Schemion:
Scott Seiver:
The flop was a blow for Schemion who now needed to look for a seven on the turn or river. The on the turn wasn't a card he was looking for, and neither was the on the river.
Ole Schemion cashed in all three of the biggest tournaments this EPT Grand Final Festival, something he did in the PCA and Barcelona in Season 10 as well.

One cash you'll not find on his Hendonmob page is the qualifier he won for the €100,000 High Roller here this week, he qualified for €10,000.
Action folded to Benjamin Pollak in the small blind and he moved all in. Team PokerStars Pro Angel Guillen, who barely had less than Pollak, hit the tank in the big blind and debated what to do. Eventually the clock was called, and that inspired Guillen to call off his paltry stack.
Guillen:
Pollak:
Guillen was behind, but he was drawing to two live cards. Unfortunately for the Team Pro, he would receive no help as the board ran out .
Guillen will take home €51,400 for his 26th-place finish.
Action folded to JC Alvarado in the small blind and he moved all in for 110,000 or so. World Series of Poker bracelet winner Pascal Lefrancois was in the big and decided to make the call.
Lefrancois:
Alvarado:
Both players shared a queen, which meant the king kicker of Lefrancois had him well out in front. The flop paired their queens, but again it was the kicker that was making all the difference. Neither the turn nor river helped Alvarado, and he was out in 27th place.
Rui Cao and Ole Schemion tangled over a big pot. On the turn of a board reading Cao bet 40,000 and Schemion made the call. The river card was the and when Cao checked Schemion went for a bet of around 100,000. Cao instantly called.
“Ten.” said Schemion and showed but he sighed as he saw the of Cao.
“Almost checked.” Schemion said as his chips slid across to Cao leaving him on fumes.
