Stanciu Sets the Price

The flop of Q♣7♥2♣ saw action checked through, as did the 3♠ turn. Nass checked the 10♠ river and was quickly facing a bet of 1,200,000 from Stanciu.

Nass took some time but ultimately tossed in the call. Stanciu showed 10♥7♠ for two pair, while Nass could only turn over 10♣2♥ to give up the chip lead.

Stanciu showed K♥10♠ for two pair, and Nass flung his cards in the muck in a frustrated manner.

Stanciu Put All-In

Stanciu called and the 2♣ turn appeared from the deck. Stanciu checked again before Nass put out a seven-figure bet of 1,100,000. Stanciu assembled calling chips and put them in the middle, and the subsequent 3♦ river completed the board.

A third check from Stanciu took place, after which Nass shoved all in, covering his opponent's stack of 3,700,000 chips.

Stanciu counted out his stack before tossing his cards into the muck, seeing Nass' lead grow by winning this large pot.

Stanciu limped his next button and Nass checked. On the A♠Q♥2♠ flop, Nass check-called for 250,000. The 2♦ turn was checked and Nass check-called another 625,000 on the 6♦ river. Stanciu showed A♦7♣ for aces and deuces to win the pot.

Lead Swings the Other Way

Nass had paired a hole card with his 10♥7♦ and he won the pot to shoot in the lead.
