There is a seat open where Albert Sapiano was seated this morning with high hopes for his Main Event. David Vamplew is the man who took all his chips and he recounted the action.

Vamplew opened for 900 and got a call from Sapiano and two other players. The flop was {q-}{2-}{2-} and Vamplew bet 1,100 and Sapiano was the only caller.

The turn was another {q-} and Vamplew bet 3,600 and again Sapiano called.

The river was a {3-} and a check from Vamplew saw Sapiano bet 8,000 and then call when Vamplew check-raised all in.

Sapiano had {q-}{j-} for a full house but Vamplew had {2-}{2-} for flopped quads and all of Sapiano’s chips.

Weinman Slips

Nível 2 : 150/300, 0 ante

There were three players in the hand with around 3,500 in the middle. The flop read {k-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{3-Clubs} and Daniel Weinman was first to act. He checked and the player to his left bet 1,500. The button folded and Weinman made the call.

The turn was the {q-Clubs} and both players checked to the {j-Clubs} on the river. Weinman led out for 4,200 and his opponent went into the tank. He thought for a couple minutes before finally tossing a chip in the pot to call. Weinman tabled {9-Spades}{6-Spades} to play the flush on the board and his opponent showed {9-Clubs}{9-Diamonds} for a bigger flush.

Albert Daher At the Double

Nível 2 : 150/300, 0 ante

What a great first level for Albert Daher from Lebanon; he has more than doubled his starting stack.

Daher got Alfie Adam to lay down aces on the turn of a wet board where a few too many chips were being wagered by Daher to suit Adam’s one pair. He then made a flush against another opponent and got maximum value to chip up even more.
