Hugo Perez Makes a Good Call

Nível 5 : 150/300, 50 ante

Hugo Perez was in middle position and called a raise of 1,200 from his opponent. The two players went heads up to the flop that saw the {K-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{5-Clubs} hit the board. Both players checked and the turn was the {J-Diamonds}.

Again his opponent checked and Perez bet 1,500. His opponent called and the river was the {7-Clubs}. This time, his opponent fired out a bet 4,500 which Perez instantly called. His opponent showed {6-Hearts}{2-Hearts} for a missed flush draw and Perez tabled {J-Spades}{9-Spades} for two pairs.

Greenblatt and Leah Storm Out of the Gate

Nível 5 : 150/300, 50 ante

Alex Greenblatt has been sitting on a short-handed table for most of the morning but that doesn't mean chips aren't available for the taking. He has worked his way up to over 30,000 chips early on.

Mike Leah is also back this morning looking to avenge his collapse on Day 1a where he held the chip lead for most of the day but failed to make the money after losing a couple of crucial pots. He has also run his stack up to over 30,000 chips as he looks to enforce his aggressive game style.
