Will Failla Doubles Right After Dinner

Nível 27 : 25,000/50,000, 5,000 ante
Will Failla
Will Failla

Scott Baumstein raised to 105,000 from the hijack and Will Failla moved all in for 440,000 from the cutoff.

Baumstein asked, "Do you want a call? You're not gonna like this." He laughed. Eventually, he called.

Failla was at risk with {a-Clubs}{j-Spades} and ahead of Baumstein's {7-Clubs}{5-Clubs}.

The flop came {j-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{9-Hearts} and Failla extended his lead to a pair of jacks. The turn was the {7-Hearts} and Baumstein picked up some outs to improve. The river was the {6-Hearts} and Failla held on.

"I Told You I Was Gonna Win This One"

Nível 26 : 20,000/40,000, 5,000 ante

Alex Benjamen raised to 85,000 from middle position and the player on the button called. Victor Figueroa was in the small blind and moved all in for 485,000. Benjamen asked the button how much he had behind and eventually moved all in for about two million. The button folded.

Figueroa was at risk and well ahead with {a-Diamonds}{k-Spades} and Benjamen tabled a dominated {k-Diamonds}{q-Spades}. "I have a good feeling about this hand," said Benjamen.

The flop came {10-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{9-Spades} and Figueroa was still ahead with ace high. "Jack!" yelled Benjamen. Sure enough, the {j-Clubs} hit the turn and Benjamen made a straight. The dealer put out the {3-Hearts} on the river and Benjamen said, "I told you I was gonna win this one." Figueroa simply smiled and headed to the payout desk.
