Sitbon Sends Gathy to the Rail

There were already around 50,000 chips in the pot on a board 6♠8♣K♦5♣ when Julien Sitbon fired a bet of 32,500, which Michael Gathy eventually called.

When the 3♣ landed on the river, Sitbon took his time then shoved, which put Gathy to the test for his remaining stack of around 60,000. After thinking it over, Gathy put himself at risk and made the call.

Sitbon tabled A♠A♣, and Gathy tossed his cards into the muck having been eliminated.

Plante Wins a Flip

The dealer put out 6♦9♥A♦6♣5♦ and Plante paired his ace to eliminate his opponent and chip up.

Rania Nasreddine opened from the cutoff to 5,500 and Toshikazu Ishii three-bet the button to 17,000. Once the blinds folded, Nasreddine called.

On the flop of 7♦K♣2♦, Nasreddine check-called a bet of 15,000 from Ishii.

Both checked the 10♣ turn to see the 4♠ hit the river. Nasreddine led out for 25,000, and Ishii folded.

Gonzalez Doubles Through Blebea

Adam Hendrix opened the action with a raise to 5,500 from the hijack. David Gonzalez moved all in from the cutoff for 17,500 and action was on Iulian Blebea on the button. He reraised to 32,500 and Hendrix mucked his hand.

Happy to see he was flipping, Gonzalez drilled the turn to give him the best hand after the dealer put out A♣4♦3♦10♥8♣ and he scored a near triple up.
