Karlsson flopped bottom set, which was way ahead of Neves‘s aces.

The turn 7♣ brought in the nut flush draw as well as a gutshot for Neves. However, the river was the 9♦, Neves did not improve and was eliminated.

The flop came 3♣Q♠A♥ and Nelson continued for 60,000. Pora found the call.

While the turn peeled the 7♥, both players were quick to check.

The river was the 4♥ and Nelson fired for 350,000. Pora eventually made the call. He was shown the bad news as Nelson revealed J♥9♥A♣8♣ to take the pot.

Jaros was ahead with his flopped set and gutshot straight draw, but the runout of J♦5♥ gave Ramos exactly what he was looking for with the nut flush and he raked in the pot for the double.

Action was caught on the river with the board 10♣7♦2♥6♥3♥. Long Tran bet 400,000 into a pot of just under 900,000. Patrik Jaros, who was in the big blind, thought for a moment and then called.

Tran turned over Q♥9♠8♦7♥ for the turned straight and the rivered queen high flush and Jaros mucked.

On a heads-up completed board of 4♠Q♥K♣2♥J♥, the pot had around 250,000 in it when Michael Maddocks checked over to Virgile Latifou who bet 125,000.

Maddocks then check-raised to 400,000, enough to cover Latifou, who then went into the tank.

After several minutes, he finally made the call for his tournament life, but was then shown A♥10♣5♥2♠ by Maddocks for the nut flush.

Latifou then let out a deep sigh and flipped over A♣K♥7♥6♣ for the second nut flush and he headed to the payout desk while his chips were pushed over to Maddocks.
