Hongru Zhang: K♥K♠
Gabriel Moura: J♣J♦
Zhang was far ahead and poised for a double up with his kings as the flop came 8♥10♠7♦. The 9♥ turn, though, gave Moura a straight, and he secured the knockout once the 10♥ completed the board on the river.
"I felt like it was coming after that flop," tablemate Adam Kharman said as Zhang made his unfortunate exit.
Francis Anderson was eliminated from this table a few hands earlier.
Picking up the action on the river, Leonard Maue in the cutoff was involved in a hand with Malcolm Franchi in the big blind.
With the board reading 8♥J♣10♥3♦A♠ and around 1,600,000 in the pot, Franchi checked. Maue went for almost all of it, pushing 2,100,000 across the betting line to leave himself with just 5,000 behind. That send Franchi deep into the tank as he considered a decision for most of his chips. After a couple of minutes, Matt Stout called the clock and, after using most of his thirty second allotment, Franchi folded to give Maue a big boost to his stack.

Matsuda went deep into the tank and the clock was called after about eight minutes.
The floor counted Matsuda down from five seconds and Matsuda stuck in a call at the last moment.
Song turned over Q♦10♠ for top two pair and Matsuda showed he called with A♦K♠ for just ace-high — eliminating him from the tournament and sending the massive pot Song's way.
