Cohen Takes Five and Wins

Tobias Leknes limped the small blind and Jonathan Cohen checked his option in the big blind.

Leknes drew two and Cohen drew five and called a bet.

On the second draw, Leknes stood pat while Cohen took two. Leknes bet, Cohen raised, and Leknes quickly folded.

Coleman Stands Pat Against Bruschi

Maxx Coleman raised in the cutoff and Renan Bruschi called in the big blind.

Both players drew two and Coleman bet. Bruschi called and drew two more on the second draw.

Coleman stood pat and bet again. Bruschi called and took one, while Coleman again patted.

Coleman put out another bet and Bruschi quickly folded.

Kessler Catches Up to Coleman

Maxx Coleman limped in from the small blind and Allen Kessler checked from the big blind, drawing four while Coleman drew three.

After the first draw Coleman bet. Kessler commented that he had caught up before making the call. Both players drew two.

Coleman checked after the second draw and Kessler bet. Coleman made the call and drew one while Kessler stood pat.

Both players checked with no draws remaining. Kessler tabled 9x8x7x5x4x and Coleman mucked.

Volpe Takes a Four-Way Pot to Bust Chung

Christopher Chung was all in by the second draw as Danny Tang, Paul Volpe, and Jesse Klein built a side pot.

Volpe bet from under the gun and Tang called on the button, as did Klein in the big blind. Chung and Tang drew one, Klein two, while Volpe stood pat.

All three players checked and Volpe showed 8x6x5x4x3x. His three opponents all mucked and Volpe took the pot while Chung was sent to the rail.

Michael Rocco was also recently eliminated.

Lehr Makes an Eight to Bust Monnette

John Monnette moved all in for his last 8,000 on the button and Keith Lehr called in the big blind.

Lehr drew three and Monnette two, then Lehr took two and Monnette one.

Lehr stood pat on the last draw while Monnette took one. Lehr turned over an 8-7-6 and Monnette peeled his last card but didn't like what he saw as he tossed his cards into the muck and headed for the exit.

James Draws Three and Pats

Daniel James limped in from the small blind and John Monnette raised from the big blind. Monnette drew one while James drew three.

After the first draw James checked, Monnette bet and James raised to two bets. Monnette made the call and drew one while James stood pat.

James bet after the second draw and Monnette called, again drawing one while James stood pat.

With no draws remaining both players checked. James tabled 9x8x7x3x2x and Monnette mucked.

Claassen Falls to Ivey

Christopher Claassen was all in and up against Phil Ivey as they went heads-up to the first draw.

Claassen drew four and Ivey one. Claassen then took two and Ivey one, and both players drew one on the last draw.

Claassen had 10x7x6x2x, while Ivey was drawing to 9x5x4x3x. Claassen peeled a three to make his 10, but Ivey drew a six to win the pot and send Claassen to the rail.

Pimlott Pairs Up as Tate Scores a Knockout

Bryan Pimlott was all in on the second draw as he took one against Brian Tate, who stood pat.

"I have the best hand I can possibly have without completing it," Pimlott said as he showed 7x4x3x2x. He was up against Tate's 9x6x5x3x2x.

Pimlott peeled his last card, which turned out to be another seven to give him a pair.

"Just wasn't my day. Do a good job with my chips," he told Tate on his way to the exit.
