Anthony Marquez, who won the $1,500 6-max event here at the WSOP in 2017, was able to double up a few minutes before the break in a hand against Scott Blackman. Blackman started the action under the gun, Marquez was on the button and they got it all in before the flop.

Anthony Marquez: QQAll in
Scott Blackman: 99

The board was 844J7 and Marquez doubled up.

He told PokerNews that this was not the noteworthy pot of the day, as the table had just seen a big three-way all in for over a million chips.

According to the players, Marquez started the hand with a raise to 30,000. Benjamin Harris, who was on the short stack next to act, went all in for 145,000. Scott Blackman then reraised all in to 345,000. Paul Clotar was next to act and had a tough decision and eventually decided to fold to the intense action, later saying he folded AK. Marquez decided to call and the went to the flop three-way, with two players all-in.

Benjamin Harris: AKAll in
Scott Blackman: AQAll in
Anthony Marquez: 10x10x

They saw a rainbow flop of Jx8x7x, the turn was a 4x, while the river brought in theA, giving both all-in players the big save.

Benjamin Harris was then able to chip up some more afterwards, going from around ten big blinds to a healthy stack of around 100 big blinds.
