Spurlin Shows the Goods

Nível 19 : Limits 25,000/50,000, 0 ante

Jeffrey Cohen raised from the hijack and was three-bet by Jordan Spurlin in the cutoff. Action folded back around to Cohen, who called.

Cohen proceeded to check-call down on every street. First on the K55 flop, then on the 7 turn, and finally on the 4 river.

Spurlin turned over A1032 for the nut flush and the nut low and Cohen mucked — conceding the pot to Spurlin.

Glaser Stays Alive

Nível 19 : Limits 25,000/50,000, 0 ante

Benny Glaser, Scott Seiver, and Jared Bleznick saw a flop of 597, with Glaser having got his short stack all-in preflop.

Bleznick check-called a bet from Seiver to see the Q come on the turn. The action again saw Bleznick check-call a bet from Seiver.

Bleznick check-called another bet from Seiver on the J river. Seiver announced "kings," and flipped over KK66. This was good enough to win the side pot against Bleznick. However, Glaser turned over AQ105 for two pair, earning him a triple up to stay alive.
