Zappulla and Cohen Chop
Nível 25
: Limits 100,000/200,000, 0 ante
Jonathan Cohen raised and Paul Zappulla three-bet. Cohen called to see the dealer fan out a flop of 6♣2♣3♦. Zappulla bet and Cohen called.
Zappulla checked the 8♥ turn, only to face a bet from Cohen. The bet was for the rest of Zappulla's chips. After some thought, Zappulla committed the rest of his chips.
Paul Zappulla: A♥Q♥Q♦8♠
Jonathan Cohen: J♠J♦3♣2♠
The K♥ river meant it would be a chop pot, Cohen taking high with two pair, deuces and treys, and Zappulla taking low with 8-6-3-2-A. Zappulla is still the tournament short-stack
